Our food family consists of a few sustainably-minded farmers in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

IPM & Organic Produce: Hepworth Farms, Milton NY
Hepworth Farms is a small, diversified, ecologically managed farm located on the banks of the Hudson River in New York State. Run by a female farm team: Amy Hepworth, her twin sister Gail and their partner Gerry Greco.  The farm has been in the family for seven generations. Over 30 years of work on the farm have been dedicated to organic and ecologically sustainable farming, specializing in unique heirloom varieties, some developed by Grandpa Hepworth! The fruit is grown with the Whole Farm Alive Systems Approach, using Integrated Pest Management (IPM). The fruit is of exceptional quality and taste! The produce is picked fresh for you either the day before or the same day as delivery and is delivered at the wholesale price.

Some examples of fruit harvested from June to November: strawberries, cherries, and raspberries in July; peaches, plums, nectarines, grapes and melons in July, August and September; apples and pears from August through November. Seasonal vegetables include a variety of salad greens, cooking greens, soft vegetables, herbs, and root vegetables. http://www.hepworthfarms.com
