Recipe: Fresh Mojito style juice

This health-ful “Mojito” style juice is  is a delicious green drink made with a combination of cucumber, mint and lemon. The taste is reminiscent of sipping the cocktail. For a sweeter version of this juice, simply sub out the celery for apple.

Mojito Juice
Makes one 12 – 16 oz juice
Use chilled veggies and push through a juicer to press fresh juice.

1 cucumber
3 stalks celery
1 apple
handful fresh mint
2 kale leaves
1 lime, peeled
