Come experience the indigenous tastes of the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico with CSA core member Ana Maria Nichim Luna Toporek. In this demo & tasting, Maria will share how to prepare the wild harvested and locally farmed foods that she grew up eating in her village of Tenejapa. You will be introduced to the Maya tradition of food combining for optimal digestion and health to inspire your cooking at home.
