Second, what will you be doing with all of those peppers??? I cut up a bunch of peppers last night that were overly ripe or spotted and roasted them hoping I’d come up with a plan. Looks like I am going to try a recipe for Muhammara today. These are the ingredients that get whirred in a food processor to make a yummy dip.
