Pepper recipes: Chermoula

One of the favorite pepper recipes of the core team is Chermoula, a tasty pepper marinade that can be eaten as a dip or used as a marinade for vegetables or chicken. Its great with roasted eggplant. Try it this weekend!  and make enough to share!
