Adjusting the cake recipe from Edward Espe Brown’s book Tomato Blessings & Radish teachings as a base, I made a special dish for breakfast on New Years day using local ingredients and chestnut cream. Chestnuts have a special place in the winter holidays. I wish I had local chestnut cream! Click on the photo for recipe.
