Candy Crisp Apples
Jonagold Apples
Cameo Apples
Honey Crisp Apples
Bosc Pears
Quince

Quince: One of the oldest known fruits! A cross between an apple and a pear. Unpalatable when raw but will perfume a room. Cooked will sweeten and soften- make a jelly or preserve.

Vegetables:

Red Russian Kale
Collard Greens
Green Savoy Cabbage or Red Cabbage
Eggplant
Cauliflower
Sweet Potatoes
White Potatoes
Turnips
Carrots
Red Beets
Yellow Onions
Pumpkin
Variety of  Peppers (Sweet Poblano, Hungarian Hot Wax, and other hot chili peppers)

Long and thin- unknown hot chili, bell pepper shaped- Sweet Poblano, small- Hungarian Hot Wax

All Organic and ecologically grown in NY State. Enjoy!
