Here are the recipes  from the canning workshop with Michaela Hayes of Crock & Jar : SimpleTomato Sauce  & Peach Pie Jam. Easy Peezy.

Michaela gave a solid presentation on the basics of canning. Our participants askedquestions to clarify the canning process and quell their fears. We had fun.

  2. Great workshop. Thanks to Michaela for her time and expertise and to Gwen for arranging!
    We successfully canned 5 half pints of Concord grape jam yesterday after learning the methods from Michaela. Tomato sauce is next on our list!
